Raintree Lake HOA Meeting Minutes - October 2023

The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was held on the seventeenth day of October ,2023 at the association hall. The meeting began promptly at seven thirty in the evening with Chairman, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the gathered board members.

This provides an update you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We check here are making several strategies designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on early August, we will be modifying our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and planting a variety of colorful flowers.
